Cancellation of transaction

The Soho network allows you to cancel a transaction made on its website by sending a cancellation notice in one of the following two ways:

Through the virtual customer service by clicking on the orange bubble at the bottom right

By filling in the following details to process the request:

Any cancellation of a transaction will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order or ₪100, whichever is lower, and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and subject to the terms and conditions.
