Surplus Sale Regulations

Terms and Conditions for Warehouse Clearance Sale

  1. Sale Dates:
    • The sale takes place between December 25-27, 2025, or while supplies last.
  2. Sale Location:
    • The sale will be held at Soho warehouses at the address: 12 Hadkalim Blvd., Lev Ha'aretz Industrial Zone.
  3. Eligibility:
    • Participation in the sale is open to Soho club members and new registrants.
  4. Promotion Terms: 
    • 30-70% discount on thousands of products participating in the sale.
    • Cannot be combined with other promotions.
    • Product mix is subject to change.
    • Updates and termination are at the sole discretion of the company.
    • Does not include the Mustard brand.
    • Does not include wholesale purchases.
    • Maximum 5 items of a single model per customer.
    • Cannot be paid for with loaded cards, discount vouchers, or coupons.
    • The 1+1 promotion will apply to the cheaper item(s) among all purchased products.
  5. "Bargain Corner" Station:
    • During the sale, a "Bargain Corner" station will be set up, offering damaged products or products missing some parts for sale, which are still suitable and usable.
    • Products at this station will be sold at a very low cost, below the product's cost price, due to their condition.
    • Products purchased from this station are not eligible for return or exchange.
  6. Exchanges / Returns and Transaction Cancellation:
    • Items purchased at the clearance sale can be returned, provided they have not been used and their packaging is intact and in good condition, to our logistics center where the sale is held, within 14 days from the date of purchase, with a purchase invoice only.
    • Returns / exchanges cannot be made at Soho chain branches.
    • Transaction cancellation and/or return of products purchased under '1+1' / 'buy get' / 'buy one get the second at X discount' promotions will only be possible by returning all products together.
  7. General Notes:
    • Cannot be combined with other promotions, benefits, and birthday benefits.
    • Discounts in the sale apply to selected products only, at the company's discretion.
    • The company reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion at any given moment without prior notice.
