1.1. Collection Design TA Ltd., Company No. 513488940 (hereinafter: "the Company"), respects the privacy of users of all its services – including its official website at sohocenter.co.il and its physical stores (hereinafter together: "the Website" and "the Services").

1.2. This policy details how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information within the framework of using the Website and the Services, including joining a customer club, receiving digital invoices, making purchases, subscribing to newsletters, and participating in promotions and campaigns.

1.3. This policy is intended to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13. A supplementary specific policy may be published for certain services.

1.4. Use of the Website is subject to this policy and the terms of use. Continued use after policy updates signifies agreement to the updated version.

2. What is Personal Information?

"Personal information" is any data about an identified or identifiable person, such as name, address, email, phone, ID number, IP address, location data, purchase history, and more. Some of the information may be considered "sensitive personal information" (e.g., health/financial data), requiring increased handling.

3. Types of Information We Collect

Within the framework of the Services, we may collect:

3.1. Identification and contact details – full name, phone, email, address, gender, date of birth, and ID (when required).

3.2. Club membership details – membership number, preferences, benefits history.

3.3. Purchases and payments – order details, invoice details, purchase history, shipping status. Credit card details are processed by an external clearing provider and are not stored by us.

3.4. Customer service – content of inquiries, communication documentation.

3.5. Job applicants – CVs, experience, contact details.

3.6. Technical and digital information – online identifiers (such as cookies and pixels), IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, visit duration, referrals, etc.

3.7. Information derived from processing – profiles/statistical analyses based on use of the Services and purchase history.

You must provide accurate and truthful information about yourself only (or about another only if you have received express permission to do so).

4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

We use information for the following purposes, based on one or more of the legal bases: contract performance, legal compliance, consent, or a balanced legitimate interest:

4.1. Provision of Services and Website operation – handling orders, shipments, customer service, and ongoing maintenance (contract/legitimate interest).

4.2. Customization and improvement – improving user experience, customizing content and recommendations, analyzing usage and purchases (legitimate interest).

4.3. Newsletters and offers – sending newsletters/benefits subject to your consent and in accordance with the law; you can request removal at any time (consent/legitimate interest, as applicable).

4.4. Information security and fraud prevention – monitoring, identifying, and preventing misuse (legitimate interest/law).

4.5. Research and statistics – surveys, analytics, and improvements (legitimate interest).

4.6. Legal compliance and proceedings management – fulfilling regulatory obligations, responding to authorities, managing claims and lawsuits (law/legitimate interest).

5. Information Collection Technologies (Cookies, Pixels, SDKs, Tags, Beacons)

5.1. When using the Website and/or our marketing campaigns on social networks and advertising platforms, we use automated tools and technologies such as cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, and beacons (hereinafter together: "Monitoring Technologies"), through which information about user activity on the Website and/or on other websites/applications may be collected and accumulated.

5.2. Cookies and pixels are, among other things, tiny text/image files and code snippets placed on the website's pages. When a user accesses the website or services, these technologies generate a "signal" about this action. They help us secure, measure, prevent fraud, analyze usage, improve user experience, and tailor content and offers.

5.3. Some cookies will expire when the browser/application is closed, while others are stored for a limited period in the device's memory. We and/or service providers acting on our behalf may review the content stored in them, and it may be stored on our servers/the providers' servers.

5.4. The technologies collect data such as: internet provider, IP address, location data (if allowed in settings), times and modes of use, browser/device/operating system type, pages viewed, actions performed, and other anonymous details. If personal information is collected through them – it will be handled according to this policy.

5.5. The technologies allow, among other things, to save details entered in forms (e.g., saving login/preferences), identify preferred products, and offer tailored recommendations.

5.6. The website also integrates third-party tools (such as analytics and advertising platforms: Google Analytics/Ads, Meta/Facebook, and others updated from time to time) for measurement, statistics, and Remarketing. These providers may place cookies/pixels on our behalf and use the information (such as IP, device identifiers, and browsing activity) in accordance with their policies.

5.7. We may also use recommendation/advertising providers (such as Taboola, Outbrain) to create Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences. This use is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of those providers, and preferences can be managed at any time using the control mechanisms they provide.

5.8. Managing user choices: You can block/delete cookies in your browser/device settings, and also manage preferences for interest-based advertising through:

Please note: Blocking/deleting may impair some functions on the website (e.g., saving language/login/cart).

5.9. By agreeing to this policy, you agree to the use of the aforementioned Monitoring Technologies (and similar technologies that will be operated from time to time for similar purposes). If you do not agree – update your browser/device settings or use the removal/preference mechanisms above.

6. Marketing Communications

6.1. Subject to your consent, we may send you email and SMS including updates, offers, benefits, newsletters, and promotions (hereinafter: "Marketing Communications"). We do not use instant messaging channels (such as WhatsApp) for marketing communications.

6.2. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email/SMS message or by contacting: service@sohocenter.co.il. We will update our systems within the timeframe prescribed by law.

6.3. We may conduct direct mailing (as defined in the Privacy Protection Law) based on our databases and in accordance with the law. The mailing may be personalized based on segmentation and profiling of information we hold, and the user has the right to request that their information not be used for direct mailing.

7. Transfers Outside of Israel

We may transfer information outside of Israel (e.g., to the EEA/USA) for storage/processing by providers. We will do so in accordance with applicable law and appropriate contractual/organizational measures to maintain an adequate level of protection.

8. Information Security

We implement accepted security measures (technical and organizational) to reduce the risks of leakage, unauthorized use, or loss of information. However, no system is completely immune. In the event of a significant security incident affecting you, we will act in accordance with applicable law, including providing notifications as required.

9. Data Retention

We will retain information for the periods required for the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal provisions (e.g., tax and accounting laws), and for legal protection. Thereafter, we will delete or anonymize it, subject to additional obligations.

10. Your Rights Regarding Information

In accordance with the law (including Amendment 13), you have the right to:

10.1. Review the personal information we hold about you.

10.2. Correct information that is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate.

10.3. Deletion – request the deletion of information subject to legal retention obligations and legitimate needs.

10.4. Object to/restrict use in certain cases, including stopping direct marketing.

11. Minors

If you are under 18, it is recommended to use the Website only with the accompaniment/consent of a parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without consent as required by law.

12. Clearing Services and External Links

Third-party websites and clearing services are operated by external entities and are their responsibility, subject to their policies. It is recommended to review the privacy policies of those entities before providing information.

13. Policy Changes

We may update the policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or activity. We will display an updated version on the website with an "update date." Continued use after the update constitutes agreement to the updated policy.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa (or in another city according to your notification on the website).
