Home Delivery
Delivery Time: You will receive the package within 3-5 business days from the date of email confirmation that the order has been shipped to you.
- Remote Areas: Package delivery for customers in remote areas will take up to 14 business days.
- Shopping Holidays and Sales: During peak periods, delays may occur, and delivery time may be approximately 10 business days.
- Shipping Benefit: Home delivery is free for purchases over ₪349 (excluding furniture and items with special delivery).
The shipping company will notify you via SMS when the courier is on their way. Please keep your mobile phone available for coordinating delivery with the courier, approximately half an hour before delivery (please ensure you are not blocked from receiving SMS messages).
Same-day / Next-day Delivery
Orders received by 10:00 AM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the next day. Distribution hours: 14:00-22:00.
- Orders placed on Thursday after 10:00 AM and on Friday will be delivered on Sunday.
- This service is not active on holiday eves and holidays.
- Maximum package size for this service: 35*35*35 cm.

Collection Points Nationwide
Receive your package at a collection point or locker of your choice near the shipping address.
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days from the date of email confirmation that the order has been shipped (up to 10 business days during special shopping holidays and sales).
- Shipping Benefit: Free for purchases over ₪349.
The shipping company will notify you via SMS when the package arrives at the distribution point. Allowed collection times:
- Collection Point (Store): Up to 3 days from receiving the notification.
- Automatic Locker: Up to 48 hours from receiving the notification.
Note: A package not collected within the specified timeframe will be returned to the logistics center and will be charged for return shipping.
Shipping for Furniture and Large / Heavy Items
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days from the date of email confirmation that the order has been shipped (up to 14 business days for remote areas).
Delivery is possible up to the 2nd floor (inclusive) in a building without an elevator, or to any floor in a building with a working and accessible elevator for item transport.
For apartments above the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator – delivery will not be possible under the standard delivery service. Failure to provide correct information regarding the floor, existence of an elevator, and accessibility to the delivery address may result in charges for delivery/return fees according to the website's policy.
