Use wooden/silicone/soft plastic utensils, not sharp metal ones, and avoid overheating without food or oil. After washing, dry thoroughly and store with the included pan protectors to maintain the coating and glass long-term. Suitable for all hob types – gas, electric, induction*, ceramic, and radiant. Cookware is oven-safe up to 232°C, and lids up to 200°C. *The 15 cm pot is not suitable for induction hobs.
