When the side marked "ON" faces upwards, it means the alarm clock is activated. To stop the alarm clock, you need to flip it so that the side marked "OFF" faces upwards (motion sensors detect the flip and stop the ringing).

The clock won the prestigious Reddot Design Award and conquered the whole world.
