Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing comprehensive recruitment procedures for headquarters, service, and sales roles across Israel and Europe
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics, identifying obstacles, and escalating concerns when necessary
- Providing support to managers during organizational transitions
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes within the organization.
- Addressing personnel and welfare matters.
- Participation and contributing to management meetings by presenting pertinent data
- Reporting to the CEO
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization, preferably in the retail sector
- Experience in operating and leading projects and processes in the worlds of recruitment and human resources
- Proven track record of advising and supporting managers
- Proficiency in labor laws
- Experience in global (Europe) recruitment and sourcing
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
