Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

Overseeing comprehensive recruitment procedures for headquarters, service, and sales roles across Israel and Europe
Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics, identifying obstacles, and escalating concerns when necessary
Providing support to managers during organizational transitions
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes within the organization.
Addressing personnel and welfare matters.
Participation and contributing to management meetings by presenting pertinent data
Reporting to the CEO

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization, preferably in the retail sector
Experience in operating and leading projects and processes in the worlds of recruitment and human resources
Proven track record of advising and supporting managers
Proficiency in labor laws
Experience in global (Europe) recruitment and sourcing
Proficient in English
Bachelor's degree in a related field
