Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing comprehensive recruitment procedures for headquarters, service, and sales roles across Israel and Europe
  • Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics, identifying obstacles, and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Providing support to managers during organizational transitions
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes within the organization.
  • Addressing personnel and welfare matters.
  • Participation and contributing to management meetings by presenting pertinent data
  • Reporting to the CEO

 
Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization, preferably in the retail sector
  • Experience in operating and leading projects and processes in the worlds of recruitment and human resources
  • Proven track record of advising and supporting managers
  • Proficiency in labor laws
  • Experience in global (Europe) recruitment and sourcing
  • Proficient in English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
