SOHO, a leading retail organization making waves in the global market, is seeking an exceptional our Marketing Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As Marketing Operations Assistant, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and driving our marketing initiatives forward.

We're seeking someone who is hands-on and a problem solver, ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle challenges head-on. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing.

Responsibilities:

+ Partner with the VP Marketing to define and implement brand strategy and vision Ensure brand visibility across various channels, both in-store and online Responsible for overseeing the marketing department's Gantt charts and schedules.

+Analyze marketing performance and extract insights for continuous improvement Liaise with external suppliers for production, PR, social media, and promotions Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and materials.

+Develop and maintain marketing reports to track key performance metrics and communicate results to stakeholders Support various tasks within the marketing department as needed

Requirements:

Relevant academic degree Previous experience in a similar role

Strong leadership and project management skills

Proficiency in numerical analysis

Excellent command of English
